HostPro provides web hosting services including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
As an account holder, you are responsible for:
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Promotional credits (including the $500 new member credit) are subject to the following conditions: credits expire 60 days after account activation, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, are limited to one per customer, and are subject to our acceptable use policy.

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.
HostPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
